Most commercial moves should be booked at least 4-6 weeks in advance. If you can schedule 2-3 months in advance, then it’s best for larger offices or when you’re anticipating a peak season (which is generally summer months).

Absolutely. Consequently, we are able to specialize in after-hours and weekend moves to avoid disrupting your business operations. We are able to work overnight, or over the weekends, to be certain when you come back your office will be ready for business!

Data security is important to us. The sensitive documents we provide secure packing and transport for, and lockable containers are available if necessary. For electronic data we work with your IT staff to make sure servers and computer items are taken care of properly. All of our staff has a background check and signs confidentiality agreements.

Of course, we provide full packing services. Your office items can be packed into individual desks all the way to entire departments by our trained team at a time. Your equipment is packaged using high quality packing materials. Furthermore, we do provide packing and unpacking services at your new place.

We know how to move a wide variety of specialized equipment. With our tools and expertise all we need is the ability to safely disassemble, transport, and reassemble large machinery. Your technical staff will work with us to make sure that your sensitive equipment is properly handled.
